Why Have a Bad Day When You Can Have a Good Day?
Last spring Dr. Bernadette Anderson came to spend the day with me. We filmed for a health series she plans to show her patients via her YouTube and Instagram channels.
It was a work day—but we managed to have a lot of fun. After all, why have a bad day, when you can have a good day?
It’s important not to let our “to-do list” get the best of us. When we unplug and unwind—even for a few minutes—it helps to relieve pressure–even blood pressure! We can carry almost any load for as long as we need to, so long as we’re able to stop and rest when we need to.
